Last month we posted the news that The Cure canceled their fall tour of North America. The gloomsters postponed the dates until 2008, which the band has now confirmed. Eighteen of their nineteen shows are rescheduled in the original venues they were booked, so the tickets that fans bought this year will be valid for the new dates. The only show that is being moved happens to be the Seattle date, where they will now be performing at the Sasquatch! Music Festival.
The band was also able to add in a few additional cities that they were not scheduled to hit in their original dates. Fans in Kansas City, Phoenix, Austin, Ft. Lauderdale and Cleveland will now get to rock their best eyeliner.
