The Police Reunite For Grammys

The Police are reuniting, and this time it is for real. There have been talks and speculations as to where the group might do it and according to the Grammy’s official website, this looks to be it.

The reunited Police (Sting, Stewart Copeland and Andy Summers) will play a special performance that will open up this year’s 49th Grammy awards on February 11. This follows up last year’s performance of Madonna with Gorillaz.

Oh and in case you are planning on hitting record on your Tivo, plan to sit through some more live acts ranging from Christina Aguilera, Beyonce, Mary J. Blige, the Dixie Chicks, Gnarls Barkley, John Legend, Ludacris, John Mayer, Corinne Bailey Rae, the Red Hot Chili Peppers, Justin Timberlake and Carrie Underwood.

Can someone say reunion tour?
