Radiohead’s In Rainbows Out Tomorrow

We feel like it is Christmas Eve, lying in bed and waiting for Santa to arrive, as we hope he leaves a brand new bicycle under the tree. We’re literally just hours away from getting our hands on the latest album from Radiohead, In Rainbows, and we couldn’t be any more excited.

From what we’ve been hearing, the digital download will go online at 10am in the UK, so you’ll have to do the math for yourself for your own time zone. Now we’re not 100% on that specific time, but that is the current rumor. We’re tempted to set our alarm clock for the wee hours of the morning, getting a pot of coffee started while we wait for the download code to appear in our inbox. Tripwire HQ won’t be getting much sleep tonight.

Unless there is some unbelievable technical snafu, we’re planning on bringing you a track-by-track review tomorrow, so stay tuned for that. If you’re wanting to hear the album before you can buy it, UK radio station XFM will be airing what they are calling the world exclusive debut broadcast of In Rainbows, in its entirety. The broadcast will begin on Wednesday at noon in the UK.

Also, we’d like to wish Thom Yorke a belated birthday, as the Radiohead frontman turned 39 on Sunday.
