Fun Fun Fun Fest Offers Indie Overload In Austin

Now that we’ve finally recovered from our sunburns and hangovers from this year’s Austin City Limits Music Festival, it is time to get ready for our next event to attend here in the live music capital of the world: Fun Fun Fun Fest! This two-day extravaganza will be taking place on November 3 & 4, invading Waterloo Park with a great line-up of Tripwire-friendly acts.

Rather than far too many stages offering up music at the same time, the folks at Fun Fun Fun Fest keep it simple. There are only three stages, making it much easier to bounce around from band to band. Rather than type out every single artist on the bill, peep the flyer below. The schedule is also available on the festival’s official website, so you can go ahead and start mapping out who you are going to check out. For us, we’re mighty excited about Explosions In The Sky, Cat Power, New Pornographers, Of Montreal, Okkervil River, Battles, Ted Leo, The Sword, MGMT, White Denim, Emma Pollack, The Lemurs, and many more. Like we said, it is awesome overload.
