Swervedriver Back In Action

Now this is some GREAT news! After nearly ten years, the UK group Swervedriver plans to reform in early 2008. Although no new album is currently planned, Adam Franklin, Jimmy Hatridge, Steve George and Jez will embark on a worldwide tour next year. Just the possibility of getting to hear the brilliance of “99th Dream” and “Up From The Sea” one more time has us giddy beyond belief.

For the uninitiated, I’d suggest splurging on Juggernaut Rides ‘89-’98. Buckle up and get ready for some mighty fine shoegaze rock. Peep their video for “Never Lose That Feeling” below.
