Bid On A Set Of Forward, Russia Knitted Dolls For Charity

If you have a friend or loved one that is obsessed with the Leeds-based post-punk quartet, Forward, Russia!, we found a pretty sweet holiday gift idea… and it is for a great cause! Drummer Katie knitted the dolls herself, which are currently being auctioned off on eBay. She knitted the dolls while the band was recording in Seattle, and she admits that these are her first attempt at doll-type things, so they’re not perfect.

The cool part is that the proceeds will benefit BBC’s Children In Need foundation, which supports organizations that work with children who have mental, physical or sensory disabilities; behavioral or psychological disorders; are living in poverty or situations of deprivation; or suffering through distress, abuse or neglect.

Cool collectible items for a good cause… go get your bid on pronto!
