Ladytron Signs With Nettwerk… New Album In ‘08!

Some pretty interesting news just popped up about one of our favorites, Ladytron. The group has just joined the Nettwerk label roster, which we give a solid thumbs up. With a new label deal must come a new album and the band is currently hard at work in Paris. This will be their fourth studio album, and scheduled for release in May 2008.

The new album is currently untitled, this time bringing Vicarious Bliss of Ed Banger Records (Justice, Busy B) on for co-producer duties. A full US tour is also being planned around the album’s release. This gets us in the mood for a Ladytron classic, so peep their video for “Seventeen” below.
