Noise Pop Festival 2008 Announced

One of the top US festivals, San Francisco’s Noise Pop, is back for its sixteenth year. Taking place from February 26 to March 2, they are already in the process of announcing bits and pieces of their lineup. So far we know that Magnetic Fields will be performing two shows at the Herbst Theatre, while The Mountain Goats will be rocking three shows in three different venues.

One particular show that caught our eye will be The Gutter Twins, which is the collaboration between Afghan Whigs’ Greg Dulli and Mark Lanegan. That will be one of the must-sees of the festival. Others confirmed so far include Kelly Stoltz, Tilly & The Wall, Capgun Coup, Blitzen Trapper, Fleet Foxes, Fu Manchu and Saviours. More will be announce soon, so keep checking back for more information.
