Something must be going on in the water over in the UK. Not only is Tom Smith of Editors fame going to become a parent in the New Year, but so is the one and only Lily Allen. The 22-year-old singer’s spokesman confirmed the pregnancy stating that she was at a “very, very early stage” and that the father-to-be is her current boyfriend, Ed Simons from The Chemical Brothers.
The Guardian went on to say that Lily Allen’s sophomore album is slated to come out next year as planned and that Simons and Allen are thrilled by the news.
