White Stripes Get All Icky

Jack and Meg White have just completed recording and mixing their latest offering to the world, Icky Thump. Although the album title might sound like some type of medical condition, we have to admit it is a bit catchy. The record was recorded at Nashville’s Blackbird Studio over three weeks, which just happens to be the longest they have ever spent working on an album.


There is no release date set as of yet, but we do know that Icky Thump will be released on the duo’s new home at Warner Bros. The band did list a few of the song titles that will appear on the album, which are listed below.

“Catch Hell Blues”
“Little Cream Soda”
“Rag And Bone”
“Icky Thump”
“You Don’t Know What Love Is (You Just Do As You’re Told)”
