We can now finally confirm that the one and only Happy Mondays will be performing at Tony Wilson’s upcoming In The City of New York event. The legendary Madchester group will be headlining the first night of the event, performing on June 13 at the Nokia Theatre along with The Rakes and newcomers The Pigeon Detectives. The second night of music will be on June 14 at the Highline Ballroom, including Biffy Clyro, Blood Red Shoes, and Enter Shikari, who you might remember from Wilson’s recent rant here on the Tripwire.
