NYC Blogger Music Festival

We’re proud to see our NYC blogger homies putting together a really cool event. Twenty-two music blogs have pieced together the appropriately titled “After The Jump Fest,” taking place on August 25 at Brooklyn’s Studio B. The line up is mighty fine, including The Virgins, Riot In Belgium, Soulico, Goes Cube, Apache Beat, Jukebox The Ghost, Ra Ra Riot, Locksley, Les Sans Culottes and Bling Kong. More will be announced soon.

The whole event is a benefit to help fund grants written by New York music teachers for their classrooms. A great bunch of bands for a great cause… you can’t beat that! The bloggers involved are themusicslut, batteringroom, disconap, earfarm, ryspace . irockiroll, musicsnobbery, merryswankster, softcommunication, theunderratedblog, sitdownstandup, productshopnyc, watercoolergossip, bumpershine, themodernage, yetidontdance, slapyouinpublic, subinev, punkphoto, poptartssucktoasted, stereoactivenyc and fingeronthepulse.
