Domino Records is poised to have an insanely awesome 2008. Not only do that have new albums from Sons & Daughters and The Kills on the way, they also have one from Clinic to add to their list. The band recorded their latest, Do It!, in their Liverpool studio, which was mixed by Jacquire King (Tom Waits, Kings Of Leon, Archie Bronson Outfit). The first taste we’ll get of the new tunes will be the free single “Free Not Free” / “Thor.” It will be available from the band’s official website beginning February 1. The full album will hit stores on April 8.
Clinic is also set to embark on a North American tour, beginning on May 8 at the Music Hall of Williamsburg in Brooklyn, NY. The month long tour will take them clear to the west coast, then retuning to their starting point in the Big Apple at NYC’s Bowery Ballroom on May 31.
