The sheer thought of My Morning Jacket taking the famous stage at NYC’s Radio City Music Hall has made the hairs on our necks stand straight up. It is hard to believe that the Louisville, KY band has been around for nearly a decade, and what better of a way to cap off ten years of performing than with a night at Radio City.
What will make this night even more special is that it will happen right around the release of their upcoming, currently untitled new album. They’re in the process of wrapping up the recording and mixing process, which is being produced by frontman Jim James along with Joe Chiccarelli (The Shins, Brian Wilson, White Stripes).
As for the Radio City show, it is scheduled to take place on Friday, June 20th. They have a pre-sale going on this coming Friday at 10am, which you can access by clicking here. The public sale will begin one week later, on Friday, January 25 at 10am.
