Our good buddy Jason Drake, the man behind the electro-pop greatness of Cassettes Won’t Listen, will be releasing his first ever proper physical album on March 11. Small-Time Machine was entirely written, played and produced by Drake, a guy who has also remixed El-P, Midlake, Dirty On Purpose and plenty of others. Yup, he has been one busy dude.
To give fans a taste of the upcoming full album, Drake has “leaked” the first single from Small-Time Machine, “Paper Float.” He also has a few shows coming up in the NYC area, as well as some time in Austin for SXSW.
