What Are The Best Movie Soundtracks?

Although I can’t say we sit around and ponder this question every day, the magazine Seven has taken it upon themselves to list their top 100 movie soundtracks. It is an interesting list, containing everything from the classic The Empire Strikes Back by John Williams to The Payback by James Brown, even giving a nod to Trainspotting, Pulp Fiction and Bjork’s Dancer In the Dark.

You’ll see plenty of “oh yeah, I forgot about that one” soundtracks on there as well, which just might inspire you to rummage through that box of vinyl that is collecting dust somewhere in your house to find a few you haven’t heard in quite some time. Too bad Innerspace didn’t make the list… Wang Chung’s “Hypnotize Me” is the shit! Perhaps they should have made a best guilty pleasure soundtrack list as well.
