We were unbelievably fortunate to have the Athens, GA trio The Whigs in for a Tripwire Acoustic Session. We’ve made it mighty obvious that we’re huge fans of these guys, making them an On The Cover artist when we kicked off 2008. Their sophomore album, Mission Control, is still in constant rotation at Tripwire HQ, so you can only imagine how we felt when Parker, Julian and Tim walked in. We captured several tunes on tape, but we’ll just give you one for now. Enjoy their amazing acoustic (yes, The Whigs ACOUSTIC) performance of “Right Hand On My Heart.”
