Since we had Bad Veins as an On The Cover artist, it should come as no surprise to our readers that we love them. When we first asked them to join us in the Tripwire sessions during SXSW, we weren’t sure if the pair could even do their songs acoustically. As a matter of fact, they weren’t sure either, as they had never done their music like that before. A few hours later, the guys called back and said they figured it out and were into the idea. We grabbed two of their tracks for our sessions, but we are going to start off with “The Lie” first.
