Although we’re still waiting for the video, at least now we can hear the brand new single from Spiritualized. “Soul On Fire” is currently streaming on the band’s MySpace page, and it is a cinematic and glorious as we’d hoped it would be. Filled with hints of choir, strings and noisy guitars, it has all the elements that make Spiritualized… well… Spiritualized! The track will appear on their upcoming new album, Songs In A&E, which will be in stores overseas on May 19. From what we’ve heard so far, this is going to be a good one. Now we’re even more excited about their appearance at the Austin City Limits Festival.
