This video clip totally helped kick off the weekend. While alternative rock radio continues to circle the drain here on our shores, it is alive and well on XFM in London and Scotland. They’re apparently having a mighty fine time over there as well, which is made perfectly clear in this hilarious clip.
XFM Scotland DJ Julyan kicks it off by announcing the single from Black Kids, “I’m Not Gonna Teach Your Boyfriend How To Dance With You.” From that, zany antics continue with plenty of lip-synching and monkeys chasing bananas around the XFM office. Nicely done lads… nicely done. We also must tip our caps for the fact that you guys are actually playing quality music, including The Futureheads, Goldfrapp, The Last Shadow Puppets, The Wombats and yes, Black Kids.
