It is no secret that we’re unbelievably pumped about the upcoming new album from Tricky. After following his musical career from Massive Attack through his solo releases, we’re always curious to hear what he has up his sleeves. From what we’ve heard so far, along with some early press reactions, it sounds like Knowle West Boy will mark a huge return for the musician.
The US release is currently set for September 9 on his new home of Domino. We do know that he will be touring here in the US at some point, during which his sets will include music from throughout his entire career. We’ll have to wait until fall for more info on his North American tour, but he does indeed kick off his dates overseas tonight in Italy. This marks his first run of tour dates in five years, which is mighty exciting if you ask us!
