Hot Chip just made their upcoming live dates in North America a bit more exciting. It isn’t like we weren’t already pumped to see them during their performance at the Austin City Limits festival, but now the lads are taking their live show to a whole different level. Opting to add a bit of analog to their sound, they have added a live drummer to the lineup, with Leo Taylor joining the tour.
In case you’re out of luck and won’t get to see Hot Chip this time round, you can still enjoy their live sound thanks to a recently released live EP on iTunes. It was recorded in Berlin back on May 8, and includes “Over and Over”, “Out At The Pictures”, “One Pure Thought”, “Don’t Dance”, “No Fit State”, and “Ready for the Floor”.
