Last week we gave out two tickets to see Goldfrapp at Radio City. This week we’re sharing our love for the other coast with a contest giving away a pair of weekend passes for one lucky Bay area reader (or someone willing to travel to San Francisco) for the Treasure Island Music Festival. Boasting a line-up that includes mega hit-makers like Justice, The Raconteurs, TV On The Radio and apparently some Vampire band you might have heard of – not to mention Tripwire faves Okkervil River, The Dodos, Fleet Foxes, Amon Tobin and Foals among others – it’s a great way to spend your time without the hassle of paying.
How can we be so nice you ask? Well actually, we’re not. But some people we know at Boost are, so they’ve made two full weekend passes available for one lucky Tripwire reader.
Here’s the catch – you have to watch the live video of Spiritualized below so they know their hard work is rewarded with your attention* and then e-mail us here with the title “Treasure Island Tickets” as the subject and your your full contact info (e-mail address and phone number) in the body of the e-mail.** The deadline for entry is Wednesday, September 17th at 6pm. A name will be randomly drawn and the winner will be notified that evening.
