Matt And Kim Release New Single

Ask and you shall receive.

As I serendipitously questioned last week, Matt And Kim had already signed on to do a single with the Mountain Dew supported, online, singles-only label Green Label Sound when they played their launch party last week. Problem was, they still hadn’t released a single yet (or even played new material at the show for that matter).

Well, fans of the Brooklyn duo can rejoice, because the song “Daylight” has been posted on the Green Label website for free download. Featuring a bit more production than we’re used to from the DIY heroes, could this early single be an indication of their newer material? Integrated marketing rules prohibit me from posting the song here, so I suggest going to the website I have linked three times in this post, and download it for yourself.
