Nick Cave To Headline 2008 Plug Awards

This year’s Plug Independent Music Awards show in NYC is going to be a doozy. Headlining the event will be Nick Cave & The Bad Seeds, and Dizzee Rascal is confirmed to perform as well. These two join the other previous announced artists St. Vincent and Jose Gonzalez, along with host Patton Oswalt.

This year fans around the world will get to enjoy the festivities thanks to a new partnership between Plug and Dell. The award presentation and concert will be streamed live over at The Dell Lounge. You’ll want to go ahead and pre-register, just to get that part over with. For our friends in NYC, tickets go on sale this Friday over at delllounge.com/plugawards. The show will take place on March 6 at Terminal 5.

Don’t forget, voting will continue until February 15, so if you haven’t done so yet, hop to it!
