How in the hell did we miss this? One of our UK favorites, The Wombats, played live at the Cluny in Newcastle last week. While we obviously weren’t at the show, one very special VIP was in attendance. It was none other than Peter Hook, and the legendary bassist actually joined the band on stage and performed “Backfire At The Disco” live! Too bad it wasn’t “Let’s Dance To Joy Division.”
