Gnarls Barkley’s New Album is Out NOW

Well, we thought that Gnarls Barkley would be releasing their sophomore album, The Odd Couple, in just a few weeks, but they’ve decided to pull the ripcord and drop it, well, NOW. Yup, they sent out the album a couple of weeks early, so you can run to your favorite record store (or online retailer) and snag your very own copy.

So why push the release date a bit early? A spokesman for the duo said: “They felt the timing was right to just go for it. With the shifting seasons, furtive romantic entanglements and fierce college basketball rivalries, the latter half of March can be confusing. People need to be soothed and inspired now.”

Fair ’nuff.
