For those of you who didn’t stay up late last night, or perhaps you forgot to set your Tivo, here is Radiohead’s taped performance of “House Of Cards” for Late Night With Conan O’Brien. As we previously mentioned, the band opted to tape in London rather than fly to NYC to help cut down on their carbon footprint.
Frontman Thom Yorke reminded Conan to recycle his plastic bags, and then commented on the fact that flying from London to NYC leaves a carbon footprint the size of driving a car for one year. He also made a special dedication before getting started… to a certain leader who left the Kyoto agreement.
After watching this, we’re even more amped about Radiohead’s upcoming tour dates. The band is most definitely in tip top shape.
