Our good friends in the Boston-based group Bon Savants have been hard at work on demos for potential tracks that could appear on their sophomore album. They’ve been kind enough to post a few of these rough tracks on their MySpace page, and have added “Life’s Tough Buttercup” today. If you’ve seen the band live in the past year or so, chances are you heard this song in one form or another.
The guys have gassed up the van for a handful of tour dates, taking them into Pittsburgh, Chicago and Indianapolis. We will also have frontman Thom Moran’s Tripwire Acoustic Session for you in the next few weeks, so stay tuned for that. In the meantime, check out their new tune online, and if they happen to be stopping in a town near you, go see some live music.
