Siren Festival Adds Islands & Ra Ra Riot

This year’s Siren Music Festival just got a bit bigger with the addition of Islands and Ra Ra Riot to the lineup. Taking place on July 19 at Coney Island, it is nearly time for the indie rock pilgrimage for giant foam cups of beer, funnel cakes, riding the Cyclone and of course, some mighty great music. This free event is always a great summertime treat, and the perfect excuse to take that long-ass subway ride out to Coney Island. As developments continue to threaten the cheesy awesomeness of Coney, make it a point to head out there this year, as it could be its last. Here is the full lineup, as of now:

Islands
Ra Ra Riot
Stephen Malkmus & The Jicks
Broken Social Scene
The Helio Sequence
Beach House
Times New Viking
Jaguar Love
The Dodos
Annuals
Film School
Parts & Labor
Dragons of Zynth
