Juliana Hatfield Set To Release New Album + Book + Tour

Back in May we learned that Juliana Hatfield had completed work on her tenth solo album, How To Walk Away. The new Andy Chase (Ivy) produced record will hit stores on August 19, on her own Ye Olde Records. She will also be releasing her memoir, When I Grow Up, which will be available starting on September 29. The book will follow her twenty year long career from her days in the legendary Blake Babies, through her solo days, battling depression and simply growing up and getting older.

You should also mark down August 25 on your calendars, as she will be performing on The Tonight Show. She will then hit the road in September, keeping her live dates close to the coasts, along with one quick trip to England. For our college radio friends, she will also be performing at this year’s CMJ Music Marathon on October 23 at Housing Works Bookstore Café. More dates will be announced shortly, so stay tuned.
