Photographer Amy Davidson spent the weekend patrolling the free music venues of Manhattan and Brooklyn to take photos for The Tripwire. Thankfully for us, her elbows are sharp so getting to the front of the stage is never a problem. If only she could do something about the weather, which doused her and the hundreds in attendance at the South Street Seaport on Friday, Aug 15th to see Dirty Projectors. The weather Gods gave us a break come Sunday the 17th however, as we were greeted with a postcard perfect day and the faces of Aesop Rock, Panther and Chin Chin at Brooklyn’s famed Pool Parties.
