For devoted followers of The Tripwire, you are most likely aware that our own Erin Chandler is obsessed with Pulp. Simply saying that Pulp is her favorite group doesn’t even come close to accurately describing her infatuation with frontman Jarvis Cocker. In fact, those of us who attended one of the Jarvis solo NYC shows in 2007 thought that her head was going to explode out of sheer excitement. That being said, we felt it was time to throw a Pulp classic on the ol’ Flashback Friday Video. This is the uncut version of “This Is Hardcore,” the title track from their brilliant 1997 album. Exactly how that album is already eleven years old simply boggles the mind.
