Hes baaaacck. Chris Brown was sued in Los Angeles County Superior Count on Wednesday by photographer Robert Rosen. According to the LA Times, Brown, who’s already facing possible prison time for assaulting former girlfriend Rihanna, was shooting hoops at an LA Fitness gym in Universal City when the altercation occurred on March 13.

Rosen was allegedly attacked by the pop star’s entourage after being spotted photographing Brown as he played basketball. Bodyguards allegedly picked the photographer up by his shorts before assaulting him, which we’re fairly sure is considered a wedgie. Right? MTV reported today that Brown posted a short video online this week telling fans, “I ain’t no monster.”

But still, they gave the guy a wedgie.
