Ratatat Finally Realize Dreams of Being Rap Producers


Years before they became rich and famous rock stars, Ratatat made a couple of mixtapes that took verses from some of their favorite rap anthems and laid them over ‘Tat original productions. Fans of those tapes always hoped someone in the record industry would ask them to make a beat on a legitimate rap album, and that day has finally come. Rising Kanye West protegé Kid Cudi just released the video for “Heaven At Nite,” his follow-up to megajam “Day N Nite,” and the song is vintage Ratatat. Congrats, boys!
