Fasten your seat belts, Chicago: Bruce Springsteen and the E Street Band will perform Born to Run, arguably the most epic, anthem-packed Springsteen album ever, in its entirety at United Center on September 20. Yes, minds and eardrums will be blown at what promises to be an event of tremendous proportions. It is rumored that Bruce and the Band will play other similarly-themed, full-album events in the fall, specifically during the band’s five-night stand at New York’s Giants Stadium in September and October (one album every night). Those remain nothing more than rumors, but the prospect of such an epic event is certainly exciting.
