Hey Man, Have You Heard This New Indie Rock Song By The Whigs?!

TheWhigs

A year ago the Whigs’ “RIght Hand On My Heart” set our hair on fire just like the 90s alt-rock it borrowed still does. The Athens trio has just released a brand new track into the wilds of the Interweb, and though it doesn’t buzz with the same crunch, “In The Dark” jams nonetheless. Come to think of it, aside from those serrated guitars, there might be a soft melody in there as close to the Killers at these dudes should wander. Click on the mpfree goodness below to see what we mean. This is the titular track from a forthcoming full-length we should all expect to arrive in early 2010.
