Rock Action, the fifth full length album from this Scottish quintet, is far beyond actually “rocking”, yet strives on the exploration of new sounds for ears to hear. Extremely innocent and mellow, Rock Action falls more under the “experimental” category, complete with one minute “songs” consisting of simply incoherent noise. There are some peaceful and melodic treasures that capture a psychedelic Red House Painters vibe, carrying 5 boys from Glaskow into the audio unknown.
