The Moon Is Down

Tooth and Nail

The Moon Is Down is the debut effort from South Florida’s Further Seems Forever, a firecracker of fresh and beautiful emo rock and roll. The spectacular vocals may sound familiar to the ears of Dashboard Confessional fans, as they are provided by none other than Chris Carrabba who exited FSF to confess to the dashboard of solo dreams. Further Seems Forever grew up listening to Fugazi, Sunny Day Real Estate, Jawbox and others who helped define the focus and attitude of this powerful young band. Further Seems Forever have toured with Saves The Day, Hot Water Music, The Juliana Theory and others, and were talented enough to be hand selected by the Pepsico Corporation to tour in 2002 supporting their new AMP drink. “Wearing Thin” is a 3-minute splash of magnetic power-punk with a strong arm of a hook that will have programmers’ heads in a vice.
