Another repeat Newly Discovered performer returns, as up-and-comers Haven have re-released their debut single, “Til The End” due to their
swelling popularity in the UK. The song will feature on the domestic release of the Mancunian quartet’s debut album Between The Senses , due
out August 13 on Radiate/Virgin. The two CD set for “Til The End” includes an alternate version of the single and the atmospheric vocals and driving guitars
of the original still shine through. Vocalist Gary Briggs has one of those rare-quality voices you don’t hear every day and Briggs and
guitarist Nat Wason pen songs that bring to mind essences of The Smiths and Verve, amongst others. There is no doubt why
Johnny Marr was so enthralled by these lads and after you hear their debut, you will be equally as taken by Haven.
