Good Bad Right Wrong

Leeds, England, is on FIRE! Not only are they the home to one of the finest defenders in
the World Cup, Rio Ferdinand (provided he’s not on his way to Manchester United),
as well as groovy up and comers The Music, but now Leeds has provided us with
Parva. The power-pop quintet’s second single, “Good Bad Right Wrong” is a
indie-pop classic. A driving guitar line opens the song, but it soon settles into a jangly pop
number in the vein of Scottish pop mavens Snow Patrol or Reindeer Section
with a hugely catchy chorus. Frontman Ricky Wilson may not be related to
Beach Boys’ brainchild Brian Wilson but the name must have rubbed off on
him, as this is a summery pop gem.
