Smash the system! Fuck shit up! Down with the man! These are all things that (International) Noise Conspiracy are thinking. I’m pretty sure. One thing I know for certain is that this bunch of Swedes rock like MC5 after feasting on a smorgasbord of Motown snack nuggets. They’ve culled “Bigger Cages, Longer Chains” off of 2001’s A New Morning, Changing Weather and thrown five new tracks on the end, including a N.E.R.D. cover (”Baby Doll”), attached all four of their videos and throw the EP out to their fans to satiate the INC need until the next record is complete. The political manifestos are still in place, as are the hooks, grooves and vibe you’ve come to expect from the quintet. Five new songs, four videos and a N.E.R.D. cover? Talk about value for the dollar.
