Turns out the new 13th Floor Elevators box set won’t be sitting in my CD player as long as expected. The Black Hollies are pitch-perfectly channeling that era of psychedelic nuggets with their upcoming album, Softly Towards The Light, to be released October 6th by the Ernest Jenning Record Co.
