Despite a 10-2 discrepancy of juror’s thinking Phil Spector was guilty of second-degree murder in September of 2007, a mistrial was declared after the jury — who deliberated for 15 days — was unable to reach a verdict. Now, after only 30 hours of deliberation, the retrial of the (in)famous producer in the death of actress Lana Clarkson has resulted in a guilty verdict.

Final Arguments Heard Today In Murder Trial Of “Wall Of Sound” Producer Phil Spector

The twelve jurors in the trial of legendary producer Phil Spector, who’s being re-tried for the 2003 murder of actress Lana Clarkson that resulted in a hung jury in 2007, will hear the final arguments from the defense today and head into deliberation tomorrow on charges that could land Spector in prison from 15 years to life.
