
After all that Weezer news, we didn’t really need that much more proof that every famous person ever, knows one other. But some more came anyway. The Ting Tings have apparently signed a deal with Jay-Z’s Roc Nation company, joining the likes of Wale and J. Cole, who might or might not know The Ting Tings exist. And apparently Hov will now be doing some production work for their next album. Guess he really couldn’t get that song out of his head after they played it at Nets games. Let’s see, we’ve had Jane’s Addiction, Blur, Faith No More, Sublime, Jesus Lizard, Pavement, Orbital and The Libertines all in the news in the past couple months about confirmed or rumored reunions. And that’s not even taking into account The Specials or Crosby, Stills, Nash & Young. Well, add one more to your list. The already once-reformed and broken up Pixies are at it again three years after their 2004 reunion stint.
