San Francisco stoner pop duo Girls rumbled through New York over the weekend, playing a handful of shows and gathering some more buzz as the wait to their forthcoming self-titled debut LP gets increasingly wee. A couple weeks ago we found a great clip of them covering Cass McCombs’s new classic “Dreams Come True Girl” and today, it’s Vivian Girls’ “Wild Eyes.”
The only thing hotter than girls who play music are girls who ride mopeds. So while we try to figure out if the Vivian Girls single is referring to the mini-motorcycles or about girls that are mopey, you watch their new high-res, lo-concept video.
