Like MC Lars, we have a soft spot for pop-punk and Weird Al Yankovic. So it only makes sense that we would premiere his new video for the song “Guitar Hero Hero (Beating Guitar Hero Doesn’t Make You Slash)”
While this song does not feature Weird Al (he does make an appearance on Lars’ next Tuesday [February 24] release, This Gigantic Robot Kills), MC Lars displays the same sense of humor as the king of parody. But wait, it gets better. The video features Parry Gripp of Nerf Herder and Paul Gilbert of Mr. Big. Yes, we said it. Mr. Big. We should also note that while watching Lars walk around in half-legs hanging out with 5th graders, remember that he has a degree from Stanford and attended Oxford.
